Returns

Customers are advised to submit all exchange and return request within 3 days of delivery to qualify for store credit. Any request not received within this specific time frame will be disqualified. Products must be unused, unopened, and shipped back in original packaging condition. Hair must NOT be worn, cut, washed, or altered in any way.

 

Once your item has been received and approved by quality control, you will receive a digital gift card for store credit.

 

No returns will be accepted sale or clearance items.

Shipping

All orders placed take 1-3 days from your order date to ship. Pre-order items may take 14 business days to ship.

 

International shipping costs on this website DOES NOT cover tariffs charges by your home country.

 

Orders will be shipped out via USPS after processing is completed. All orders over $100 will require a signature to be delivered. If you are unable to sign for your package, please contact the shipping company to reschedule the shipment date or to arrange for a pickup. Abandoned or refused packages will not be refunded.

 

Tracking numbers will be sent to the email you give us at checkout. We encourage you to make sure this email is correct. You will receive an order received confirmation email once your order is placed. Notifications are sent via email or text, depending on the information you leave at checkout. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped.

 

After an order is in the hands of USPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packaging. Please contact your local USPS if you do encounter any problems.

Please make sure your address is correct at checkout, as we are not responsible if your package is shipped to the wrong address due to this.

 

Due to COVID-19, some shipping delays may occur. We will keep you updated on shipping as best as we can.
