CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations must be made within 24 hours of your appointment. No call, no shows will be charged 75% of the service cost.
DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred if you need to reschedule. Remaining payments can be made in cash, debit/credit card, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
TARDINESS
You are allowed a 15 minute grace period. After 15 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled and your deposit will be forfeited.
